Marlette Regional Hospital offers our patients a convenient and secure website to help manage their health. MRH My Record of Health lets you connect with your care providers, manage upcoming appointments, check test results as they become available, and view personal health information.
If you have signed into My Record of Health in the past click here to securely access your record.
If you have not signed up for My Record of Health, you will be offered the opportunity to sign up at your next MRH healthcare provider appointment, next visit to the MRH emergency room or in-patient admission. You can also sign up the next time you pick up copies of your health record in the MRH Health Information Management Department.
Use Secure Messaging with Your Care Providers
Secure messaging gives you the convenience to ask questions when you think of them or have time to ask your care providers. Encrypted messages ensure that your health information is private. All communications made via My Record of Health will be included in your permanent medical records.
Manage Appointments
You can view, request or cancel an upcoming appointment with any of the MRH Family HealthCare providers at any time of day or night without picking up the phone.
View Test Results
Most lab test reports will be available online for you to view three days after test completed. Only tests performed at Marlette Regional Hospital lab facility will appear in your My Record of Health.
Review Medical History
You can find upcoming appointment, medications, allergies, immunization records, and more. Keeping your record up-to-date will help you and your care providers.
Manage Other Accounts
With proper consent, you can see medical records for children. This helps caregivers to manage the healthcare of loved ones privately and conveniently.
Secure Storage
My Record of Health is a password protected secure website. All messages are encrypted to ensure security. Only people you have authorized and your care provider and staff can view your information.
My Record of Health is meant for routine health management. You should not use My Record of Health to send any messages requiring urgent attention.
