Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a casual Registered Nurse in our Wound Care Department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
The Staff RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Healing Department. He/She is also responsible for meeting the established WHC Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients. This person assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. The RN demonstrates excellent customer service.

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, including strong critical thinking skills
- Understanding of computers and electronic documentation
- Knowledge of Federal, State, TJC, and other regulations and clinical standards of nursing practice
- Ability to effectively manage time and set priorities
- Passion for wound care
