Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provides personal care services within the guidelines of the IDG Team Care Plan to patients enrolled in United Hospice Service.
32 hours/week- Day shift.
Ability to respond to the needs of the patients and their families in various settings as directed by the Nurse Case Manager.
Demonstrated skill in patient care, ability to cope with families’ emotional stress, and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
