Aspire Rural Health System is thrilled to announce the addition of Dr. Alex Dandashly, DPM, to its medical team. Dr. Dandashly will be offering comprehensive podiatry services at Marlette Regional Hospital and Deckerville Community Hospital.
Dr. Dandashly specialized focus areas encompass a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including diabetic footcare, bunions, hammertoes, arch issues, foot fractures and sprains, nail disorders, and general ankle and foot care for patients of all ages.
As a highly qualified professional, Dr. Dandashly earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical physics from Wayne State University before obtaining his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. He furthered his career through a residency program in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, with a focus on reconstructive rear foot/ankle training, at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University and Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak. During his residency, he received extensive training in foot and ankle trauma, adult and pediatric reconstructive surgery, and diabetic limb salvage, solidifying his expertise in these critical areas of podiatric care.
With his comprehensive training and commitment to excellence, Dr. Dandashly is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to patients in the Deckerville and Marlette communities.
