United Healthcare Partners (UHP) is pleased to announce that William McArdle MSN, RN has joined the hospital’s Leadership Team as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). William will begin his new role on February 2, 2023.
William obtained his BSN from the University of Michigan and MSN from American Sentinel University. With more than 20 years of nursing experience in various clinical settings, including emergency management, care management, acute care nursing and skilled nursing, McArdle previously worked at McLaren Health Care as the Corporate Director of Care Management overseeing multiple organizations. In addition, to his healthcare experience, William also served in the Army for over 15 years.
“I look forward to joining UHP to be a part of an organization that believes in improving the health of the communities we live in, values the contribution of its employees and puts our patients and clients first,” McArdle said. “I am excited to lead our care teams and stand with our amazing nurses and staff as we improve the quality of health in the communities we serve.”
William grew up in Oscoda MI and enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, traveling, family time and being outdoors with his two bird dogs. He and his wife, Lieane have two grown children and currently reside in Lexington, MI.
