SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from the E3 PATIENT EXPERIENCE TEAM ~ MRH strives to achieve that Every patient gets excellent care, hospitality, and satisfaction delivered by Every employee, Every time they choose MRH. We call this our E3 Journey.
For the month of June, our Acute Care, Swing Bed, and United Hospice Service achieved 100% patient satisfaction! MRH’s E3 Patient Experience Team presented those departments with certificates of achievement signed by the CEO.

For the last fiscal year, July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020, our Surgical Services team achieved 100% patient satisfaction for the entire year! In addition to a certificate of achievement, the E3 Patient Experience Team treated them to cupcakes from Sugartown Sweets Shop!
