If YOU are diabetic and have set a goal to do all you can to improve your health – this class series will help YOU in this process! The Marlette Regional Hospital Diabetes Self-Management Program is State and Nationally Certified. Our DSMT Class Series is taught by a registered nurse, certified diabetes educator, and registered dietitian.
The cost associated with DSMT classes is covered by most insurance companies, but co-pays and deductibles may apply. Attendees should call their insurance company to verify coverage for education.
A referral by a primary care provider is required to attend this class. Please contact the diabetes education office at 989-635-4348 for more information or for referral assistance.
