“Acts of Kindness” are Contagious at MRH
During the Christmas season, Cardio Department staff at Marlette Regional Hospital (MRH) cooperatively show their appreciation to their department secretary with a carefully chosen personal gift. This year was different in many ways.
Karen Newbegin, Cardio department secretary had a special request. She asked if they would consider planning a party in the New Year in honor of her son Kevin Newbegin for the Long Term Care residents, staff and family.
Kevin had passed in February 2019 after a tragic accident and left behind 2 beautiful children and his wonderful wife. He was notorious for doing random “acts of kindness”.
