A local business aided by a group of exceptional community volunteers recently donated a charitable contribution to United Hospice Service (UHS) of Marlette Regional Hospital. Over the course of many months, Eddie G’s restaurant has hosted a very popular Burger and Bike Night and euchre tournament where a portion of the proceeds and a 50/50 raffle has benefitted the local hospice program. Special thanks are extended to volunteers Leslie and Roger Ballard, Brad and Bonnie Firmingham, the Eddie G’s staff, Ryan Lambert, and Mikkel Creason for their help in making these events and fundraisers successful.
