Responsible for providing Informatics expertise and resources for the continued hospital electronic medical record (EMR) implementation. Provides on-going user training and informatics support for various hospital-based clinicians. Supports the organization's vision and direction for computer systems, process design, data management and related processes. The informatics coordinator serves as a liaison between the facility, clinicians, IT department, Clinical Informatics Specialist and clinical information system vendors to communicate user needs and facilitate system modification to meet user needs to support an efficient, effective clinical information system.
Full-Time/ 40 hours per week- Day shift.
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, interpersonal and project management skills; Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
