Adult Diabetes Self-Management Classes “Diabetes and Your Heart Health” February 13th 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., MRH East Campus.
This class is intended for diabetic patients that have completed 10 hours of DSMT education. This class will be taught by a registered nurse, certified diabetes educator, and registered dietitian. The cost associated with DSMT programs and classes is covered by most insurance companies, but co-pays and deductibles may apply. Attendees should call their insurance company to verify coverage for education. A referral by a primary care provider is required to attend this class.
