Marlette Regional Hospital Debuts Culture Initiative & Viral Video ~ Marlette Regional Hospital announces the debut of their viral video “Marlette Regional Hospital ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling,’” now available for viewing on Facebook and Youtube.
The video stars the hospital’s staff and is themed around a culture change initiative that aims to move their organization’s culture and customer service from good to great. This initiative is called ∑3, which stands for ∑very Patient. ∑very Employee. ∑very Time. In this culture change initiative, ∑very patient gets excellent care, hospitality, and satisfaction delivered by ∑very employee, ∑very time they choose MRH.
To help the hospital navigate this initiative, they collaborated with Capstone Leadership Solutions to provide education, coaching, tools, inspiration, and encouragement to create excellence in patient experiences that exceed expectations, along with fostering and creating a work culture and environment of highly satisfied employees.

To recognize staff for their leading roles in the video production, Marlette Regional Hospital hosted private viewings for their staff before the video was available to the public. At these viewings, staff voted for the best male, female, and group performances and those winners were gifted trophies and prizes. The Best Male Performance went to Dr. Daniel Kulick, a primary care physician at Family HealthCare of Brown City. The Best Female Performance went to Marie Stanczak, the hospital’s finance controller. The Best Group Performance was awarded to the hospital’s diagnostic imaging department.
