United Hospice Service Celebrates Record-Setting Luncheon ~ The volunteers and staff of United Hospice Service would like to thank supporters of the annual Hospice Luncheon that was held on Saturday, October 20th at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Parish Hall in Marlette. Thanks to the support and generosity of 200 luncheon attendees, 19 sponsors, and countless in-kind donors, this year’s event was a record-setter netting $11,250. These funds will be used to assist United Hospice Service in providing care to terminally-ill patients and their families.
This year’s event featured a catered lunch, prize drawings, fundraising auction, and a Cricut® raffle. Many attendees took home baskets and prizes from the luncheon and the winner of the Cricut® package was Marie Stanczak of Marlette.
